All functions and activities of ICOMOS Sri Lanka are governed by the Constitution of ICOMOS Sri Lanka. As per the current constitution, which is adopted at the Annual General Meeting in the year 2020, the following three bodies have specific roles and responsibilities with regard to the governance structure:
