The College of the Past Presidents has an advisory capacity on matters referred to them directly by the President or the Council of Management. The General Body may also refer matters for advice with the concurrence of the Council or by the President or directly by giving acceptable reasons for the inability to obtain the concurrence from the President or council to do so. The Immediate Past President shall convene and preside over the College of Past Presidents.
